Exporting Attachment Files

The Save As option in the Attachments tab allows you to export files to your computer or other storage device.

To export attachment files

  1. Open the workfile.
  2. Click the Attachments tab. The Attachments screen opens.
  3. From the Attachments panel, right-click the image or file, and then select Save As.
  4. Browse or select the destination folder, and then click OK.

Note: Alternately, select the file, and then click Actions > Save As from the Attachments toolbar.
